Well if your not happy you could just get a full refund.
You can't actually. If you are able to get into even one game online, reguardless of the time it takes or the difficulties thereof, they won't give you a full refund. I'm having similar problems as the OP and techinical support is refusing to answer my e-mails, and dispite what I try I am having a horrible time playing this game with other people. I'm still waiting for this sup

So, I'm pretty awful when it comes to the technicial side of my pc. As such, I have no idea how to do this /serverproxyonly buisness. I hope that this will fix the terrible connection issues I have with demigod and was hoping that someone could share this info with me. Thanks!
So how might a super-cool computer noob do number 3? It sounds like that might just fix my problems, but I don't even know where to begin. Thanks!
It just sounds like you are bad and a sore loser. Maybe you should play with bots for a bit and learn some tatics. UB is a sad, sad joke unless you let him farm you in the begining. Or heck, if you think they are so "op" and ruining the game for everyone, why don't you play one and even the sides?
I still can't connect to everyone in a game 9 times out of 10. And even when I do manage to connect to everyone someone esle has the issue once again making the match impossible to begin. Somehow I am still plagued with NAT failures as well. I really hope the next plan to improve connectivity works for me, cause this is becoming a major headache :( Edit: I have all my ports fowarded and my firewall is down, so that can't be the issue.
I really, really hope this Thursday patch fixes everything. I was having issues prior to the Monday patch but now it has become impossible for me to play multiplayer games. I can never connect to everyone in the lobby and on the rare occasion that I do I'm immediately kicked due to NAT failure. All my ports are properly fowarded and they are not being blocked by firewalls or my router.
