Nobody likes to be bossed around by somebody they do not know. Even I would feel awkward if someone started giving me orders without some explanation. If someone comes with a plan and asks for some input then its a different story...

The only way you could possibly die at lvl 1-5 is because the enemy took a huge risk and ganked you from behind when you were not paying attention, if you run away too late or if you try to take on 2 or more demigods at once. Not 1 demigod can stun you permanently and if you see that your speed is constandly slowed you could use a wand of speed to gain something back and maybe boots of speed and an Anklet. Picking the Anklet is never a bad choice so
Nothing is impossible mate. The first thing that came to my mind was using items such as the wand and warp stone that Fhoeng already mentioned. Warp on his head, use boulder roll and hammer slam quickly and either get out or chase him with the wand depending on the situation. Due to Reg' range he will destroy your towers if you dont act aggresively resulting in your death.
hardware failures can by caused by software. Did you try to reinstall demigod? Maybe its a dumb awnser but its worth trying, it fixed some other issues for me too.
Aegis yes, its nice on sedna. @ZerathulTheDT2 Try to hold off the minion upgrades till the last moment to deny the opponent experience and ultimately killing power. If its only 1 demigod thats raping everybody, try smashing a few towers while he is busy elsewere. Getting monks makes you so much more durable after I went on and bought monks first I really saw a difference as in I could kill demigods that I could not kill before at lvl 1-5, alot more people should do it.
Alright here I go xD Queen of Thorns is fine nothing really OP there. UB, 7 yards is huge for that skill, it will almost allow you to spit a demigod 2 times before he even reaches you. Well maybe not 2 times but srsly 7 yards is huge. I think towers have a 6 yard range. TB, lemme calculate his damage after the 40% buff, 800 dmg ice rain (1 effect in use atm), Ice blast (2 effects in use now) Shatter the 2 effects sums up to 1200 damage or 1400 damage(dno for sure)
I can confirm that I have won against many players who had Anklets while I had nothing (bugged favor etc) If you see an UB with anklet play really defensively while laning against him. If you see a Rook with an Anklet you can be less worried. If you stay long enough to really get hurt you are doing something wrong Anklet or no Anklet. your suggested items will horribly imbalance the game but class specific items are a cool idea. Make the bonus' small ones that wont affect the gameplay so much. An item for Sedna perhaps: Throw harpoon for (amount of mana), Sedna throws her harpoon that once stabbed her in the chest, The harpoon does (amount of dmg) or something like that. An item like this will enhance a characters story. If you read Sedna's story you know that she was once impaled by the harpoon
Could you explain a lil bit more? Who updates this list etc, do people need to download it as a sort of plug-in? Do you plan on sending this to Stardock or are you planning to make this a stand-alone? I gues its similar to people writing peoples names on a piece of paper after they screwed the game up so that they can kick him in a later game or warn people about him/her?
Well personely i'm against banning people from something they paid cold hard cash for. A temporary ban of a few hours is not bad though, but nothing permanent or else you are just being a tyrant.
Ingame favor (which you intertwine with Rank favor) is horribly bugged right now. The favor you get at the end of the game is Rank favor which will be added to your total as an indication of your Rank in the charts. If they had made the AI better, then this would not be such a problem. Even though its a multiplayer game, they made it so that the AI takes over when a player leaves. Well if they are going implement this feature then they should make it work properly. I dont know how hard to code an AI is because I have no experience with this. However if you look at how it is now, basicly if you have an AI teammate against 2 human beings you're screwed.

Yep its deffinetly overpowered and the skills require too many skillpoints but that can be fixed, overall a nice idea and I can see you took the time to make this idea work. Personnaly in DOTA (sorry to bring it up :P) is the Vaceless Void (or Darkterror). He controls time etc see this link if you want to see more. If something similar to Voidless Face makes it into Demigod I will be in heaven.
I think it does around 1k dmg
You can prolly use them as some distraction for towers so that they dont attack you allowing you to smash it. They have a fairly large HP pool.
