My pantehon matches in the latest tournament so far are 17 2v2 and 20 3v3 so 3v3 is more common for me.

I need to be honest, who care about the rankings? I have had a lot of success in the Pantheon but I am ranked terrible. Hell, I get a lot of favor poitns for the forces of light, thats what matters. I think the dark sides lack of dedicated players is the problem =P btw, 3950 favor points so far this tourney!
Frequently a game is not completely lost, many rage quitters just quit because they get killed one or twice early in the game. Also in pantheon, you are forfeiting points for your team.

I am a old Counter-Strike player and I remeber a lot of popular maps were originally player made, cs_office is a example. I know there are talented people out there who can make good maps. They should also have a AI contest (like the one they have for Go).

I am sure they will fix the game. Stardock ahs been released patches like crazy and it has greatly improved the game for me. Untill it works for you, train hard on those nightmare npcs!!

I don't think the game will die... but some new content would be welcome. It would be cool if Demigod had a map editor and people could submit their maps to Stardock for approval.
Some new players jsut don't get it, it can be a 2v1 and they are at 50% hp and they still insist on going in. I usually start really nciely with "Careful man" or "We can't let them get too much money" I have had instances where I went as far as "I think you should run away at around 50% hp since they are much more powerful currently" I think a good rule of thumb is to stay nice, if you are losing, whatever, no need to cuss out a noob because that won't change anything,

The WORST ai is rook. For some reason the AI never runs away as the rook, always studdering a bit, then dieing.
As far as I can tell, they are great guys. I might buy more games from them because of my positive experiance with them! I will keep a close eye on Impulse to see if any games go on sale =)

Well, have a ton of Hero's makes random actually meaningful. It also allows for strange variations on teamwork. Don't get my wrong, DemiGod is an awsome game, but to say DOTA is not worth playing is like saying Mario 1 sucks because Braid is better. It is the difference between a classic and a newer variation. I read over the other post and there seems to be no reply from any member of Stardock. I am hoping to get an offical word from them on the best course of action. If the best course of action is waiting, then thats fine, but I want to hear it from Stardock. =)
