Most applications these days only use 2 cores, so performace wise a higher clockrate dual core processor will perform better than a slower speed quad core. With that said, In the next couple of years more and more things will be able to use more than two cores. These days it is mainly video codecs, encrytion, and some other more speicalized applications. If you don't plan to upgrade for the next couple years, I would get a quad core. If you are about performace, I would check out www.

Most cards these days are very reliable, I favor Nvidias more than ATI's but both are good.

I just had a super epic match. For some reason it didn't get recorded, but I had so muich fun I had to describe it for all to read (feel free to reply with your epic matches too!) It was a pantheon match, I was Regulus and my ally was Rook (except he DROPPED during the game loading so I had a cmputer player, aggg!), we were facing a Lord Erberus and Queen of Thorns, deadly team. 2-3 is fine, I am pretty sure the game runs at 0 sim speed unless someone goes negative (not sure tho) Also the 9400GT isn't really a top of the line card, you can get a 9800GT for like $80 on newegg easily.

A for pantheon stats right now, they are a little weird, between tons of noobs and connection issues, I would not trust them too much. Personally I have played many many pantheon matches and I know when a person knows what they are doing, strategy and skill are MUCH more important than minor differences in character balance.

On top of that torch bearer has a massive nuke, a massive aoe nuke, and two stuns/interupts...

The only difficulty I've had difficulty with winning All games at is nightmare, my ally AI just feeds the enemy too much. For hard, just keep owning the AI untill you got money for awsome artifacts! =)

I am not sure about the demigod ingame screen cap, but fraps is free and has a screen capture function. (I am using a bootcamped macbook pro which I can never remeber the equivalent screen cap button, lol)

I am not sure what people have suggested so far, I am too lazy to read through 15pages. But kills/deaths ratios, kills per game, flags per game, average gold per game, favor points per game, etc all the end game stats. BTW, thanks for the hardwork!

Alienware is a huge company currently owned by Dell. They will not take your money and disappear if you are worried. In general I recommend self built computers, but if you have no experiance, desire, or just a extreme excess of money, go for the Alienware.
