Many things in this game are like swish army knives. Most abilities effect buildings, heros, and creeps. Most do things other than damage, whether it be slow, reduce armor, incrase damage, etc. Regulus is no exception to all those other hero and their abilities.
difficult to combat them at high levels considering their almost always coupled with snipe.
And like most demigods, if you have to run, you are prolly dead... unless you are damn fast.

Here are some general hints (these are no joke despite sounding either obvious or simple) 1. Don't Die... EVER: If you are dead, you are not fighting, gaining expo, the other team can push and they got money for killing you 2. Don't go for kills, play it safe: Untill you have a really good idea of the game, going for kills will just get you killed, stay alive and harass the enemies, only kill if it is a sure kill. The point of matches (in general) is not to kill the enemy demi
Hmm, do you have a friend with a retail copy? You can try to install that and just login with your digital impulse.
lol, I did all my testing offline, but thats cool, lol.
1. Starting ranged decreased to the same as a Tower. That way he cannot start off pinging towers down, but has to wait for his first upgrade to do that.
His starting range is the same as a tower (if not less), he needs to upgrade to outrange towers. Please don't start talking about "nerfing op demigods" if you have never played them. Edit: wow people responded fast... (I must be add, lol)
Quoting Anarchy, reply 13Interestingly, Rooks Towers shouldnt count as killing for him as far as I can see, but I don't really think thats correct ... I just tried ingame, you really don't get gold for the creeps your towers kill as Rook.
Thats lame, the rook should.
So if you are the killer it doesn't matter how close you are to the kill? Lets say REgulus lays mines and then jsut walks away, when the next wave hits them, does he gain exp and gold? (since you mentioned minions don't count)
@Pishtoff > Why are most your games vs nothing?
And you farmed 10 kills off the leaver's AI hero. Don't say gg. Don't even think about it. It was not a gg.
Someone sounds bitter, lol
Let's assume you're just facing one Reggie. You're in the left lane creeping and being hit for 700 every 15 seconds, 47 damage per second. 3000 damage every minute. That's a significant disadvantage that will cost you the win if not addressed.
If regulus is sniping you every chance he gets he will run out of mana... fast... especially if he is using other abilities. Then he needs to invest a ton of money into mana items, then he has no defence, easily pickings.
works fine for me
I am pretty sure EXP is distributed to all demigod in range regardless of damage dealt, Demigod (correct me if I am wrong) does NOT have last hit exp implemented. As for money, I am not sure, but I think you need to deal damage.
Guys... really? A brand spanking new graphics card (like a Radeon HD4850 or a 9800GT) is like around $80 off new egg... stuff complaining with your ancient hardware.
I like the self cast double tap idea!!!
This is what v1.01 (this week) is addressing.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!
The question is: why punish people for misclicking on the item shop. You can see even in WoW, they offer buyback for items you mis-sold.
1. No they shouldn't offer full sellback, just learn to click on the right item 2. Just cause WoW does something doesn't make it good or right 3. Long live Demigod
The regulus mines are fine, he can only effectivly throw them only so well. He can only really "grenade you" mainly when you are right next to him, and if you are right next to regulus, being the weakest character in the game, you should be able to tear him up pretty fast.
Like I said I'm not complaining about the damage as much as I am pointing out the misnomer
As a previous poster said, would you rather name them proximity grenades? Now, no disrespect
At first regulus seems to be a op demigod, but if you look into it, he is very fair. Regulus is possible the most worthless demigod early game. He is very weak and pretty much has difficulty holding a lane any demigod who actually tries to harass him.
" Regulus is unfair and should deal less damage." Fixing.............. " Regulus is unfair (WHEN FED) and should deal less damage." Crap
nah the OP has a point, someone should have told him before the game started so he could make his decision.
He could have just quit instead of staying around, lol.
wow dude, you are kinda silly, custom match is where people play with thier friends, duh!
Graphics Card. Processor is fine, your ram is fine, your graphics card is what is holding you back. Get a nice 9800GTX+ or a GTX260 and Demigod will give you no problems.
It takes a long time to explain everything in eve, jsut experiance it, they have free trials. I play it and all my friends play eve, it is awsome.
Quoting Colonel_Jessep, reply 23 Quoting themadmanazn, reply 20 I also think spit shouldn't be able to target buildings. So If Oak gets nerfed, I saw we nerf Ub too! This! have you ever played fortress on the receiving end of an Unclean Beast spit team? They don't have to die, they don't have to get to level 10, they just have to run into range, spit and retreat for a few seconds and the damage is done. They are also designed to
Hey guys, I am not sure if here is where to bring this up, but I just won a game where I did pretty well but it froze on the win screen where it shows the stats. Then my game crashed. I got the favor points, but the online stats show it as a loss: http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/game/519967/player/42956/ as you can see, I got the favor points, but for some reason it was recorded as a loss.
