A decent Reg can hold the mana side while supporting. When I play reg, snipe takes priority, then mines, and then it goes to MAB (or maim is nessisary). It is VERY mana intensive in a fight, but I take scaled helm, plenor, and velmish. And usually Harbak and nimoths chest as my stuff. I see that people want a list of premades, but to me that seems pointless as many of them are good people who want a good game. I propose that we list premades that primarily pug/noob stomp here. Additionally we could put in people who are pugs, but habitually host games and try to stack their side. I have a better but similar idea, Ill make a threa aobut it in the muliplayer area. It will be list of premades that only want to pug stomp. Really those are the only ones that are the issue. Friends/premades are not inhearantly bad, in fact they are good for the game.... But many of them out there just want pug/noob stomps.

Your speed is ok, the upload speed is the limited factor (but your plenty fast for a 4v4, and probably 5v5). What are you sim speeds durring those games? Your rig should be fine, but many have found that the sound settign can bring a sim speed way down. try turring off your sould if you find your sim speed to be low. Keep in mind that stats do not update immediatly. I belive all player stats are updated at the end of the day, each day, so that may throw things off a bit for new accounts.

You really cant argue with them if thats their policy. Check out http://www.dslreports.com/ they cover al sorts of providers, cable too. If they are in fact throttleing you, it is becasue of the P2P type connection. Try using a torrent application and see if it trottles back with that, so you can see if you are in fact being throttles. You may beable to have them stop if you let them know it is becasue of a game and
