Just wanted to add to the list here and say I've had the same problem! Also, I know now to stay away from all of you when trying to join a game because chances are we won't be able to connect :). ZehDon seems to have a good grasp at what is going on, you should read his Technical Support Forum on here.

I'm glad there are intelligent people who know more about networking than I ever will trying to figure out this problem :). I did the test you linked ZehDon and I got similar results as Grieve. All these suggestions put a lot of light on the situation. I'm not as frustrated at not being able to connect when I have some insight on why I'm not able to connect. Just wanted to say thanks and to keep up the good work! You all get cookies! <table bo
I'm glad to know I'm not the only person having this same issue. Is it impulse that's causing this problem or is it something to do with our routers? Is there a way to open ports in Impulsereactor?
I opened the ports in my firewall, unless you think I have to open the ports on the windows firewall too. Could window Vista be the problem?
I can rarely connect to every player in a game and the most of the time the connection comes down to just one other player. I forwarded ports 6000-6200 but that did not fix the problem. I know it has to be my router causing this issue. It's just odd that I can fully connect to some people but not others. Is there anything I'm missing, or is Netgear just the devil and wants me to never fully enjoy Demigod?
