Some things I have noticed to seem to be true (no confirmation) that might help people connect better with the new proxy settings setup. some people are still having problems connecting to others even though the proxy settings are setup. these people most likely have their ports forwarded and the game sees this and is trying to use them, sicne they can connect to most people the game doesn't switch over to the proxy setting.
