no, I'm afraid it has been added to the annals of shame, and all your favor has been revoked. edit: new demigod idea -- Quantitactician: throws numbers at opponents until they feel ashamed for not understanding them, then end up using their own abilities to finish themselves off.
Before we begin: trolling this thread with comments about how certain custom settings diminish the game are not wanted. That may be your opinion, but personally I think trying out new stuff is fun too. I still mainly play games with normal settings, but something like this from time to time is great fun. So, in the past whenever I've played custom matches where everyone starts filthy rich and level 20, I've thought that a hell of a lot of strategy was left out and it wa
I've been playing the last few days without beastial wrath to test it out. I thought you guys were crazy for saying it sucked, but I've been won over. Here's my new build. It's intensely good, and Furious Blade (+100 hp, +5% attack speed, 15% chance for +30% attack speed for 5 seconds) is phenomenal with it Level 1: Ooze I 2: Diseased Claws I <p class="MsoN
actr, you actually gain exp everytime a creep spawns at a Neutral Portal you control. they don't do this from your home portals, just the neutral ones. so generally its pure benefit to hold neutral portals. you get the exp no matter what happens but your opponents only get it if they kill the creeps.
where did you hear this? if true, this will pretty much change how I manage neutral portals entirely.
I have three lists: in general, for early game (first ten levels), for late game (levels 15-20). I'm leaving off health crystal flags because they're not on most maps, but in general they're extremely effective if you know when and how to use them and not at all effective if you don't. In general 1. +20% xp 2. Debilitating (+10% damage taken by enemy) 3. Gold 4. Valor (+30% rein strength) (once cats or better are purchased)
Figured it was about time I post something like this. Here’s my Ooze/Auto-Attack UB build with item progression included as well. I'd welcome any constructive criticism or tips for adjustment. Level 1: Ooze I 2: Diseased Claws I <p class="MsoNormal" s

He is absolutely convinced hes hot shit. Every time he chases them back I pray to god he dies without getting a kill, I figure eventually he will learn his lesson.
um, if he's consistently getting the kills then why not do it? Money for him, no money for the other guy, and both have equal time spent respawning. Now,
my rules on when to lock flags: (1) At the beginning of the game on the +20% xp or the +10% DG damage flags. If I have a coordinated team on cataract, it's also really nice for everyone to buy one teleport and one lock and lock them all for the early war score advantage. (2) Contested or contestable portal flags once catapults have been purchased (3) Enemy valor flags, anytime I can grab them but especially late game. (4) A gold mine flag if it c
Well away from anybody? Not really. Regulus's mines stack for a 90% speed decrease, which is more than enough to knock you WAY down. And yeah, they don't last long... but they still last long enough to keep shooting you with maim, which also slows. And even if you get away.... who cares? You just got hit for huge burst damage and dealt no damage because you were running, and with almost 9k dropped on speed items and a speed favor item you prob
+weapon dmg is near worthless compared to health stacking, but +weapon speed can very quickly negate the health advantage of someone who doesn't have the same weapon speed. weapon dmg is alright when combined with weapon speed, but weapon speed and health are definitely the most effective combo. If you can grab something with a crit chance, it's incredible when used with weapon speed. Generally, Mr. 8000 hp Rook (for example) won't stop a 4000 hp
Top speed? i find getting these items pointless, as slows in the game stack anyway.
slows all have very short durations, and a wand of speed used at the right moment will get you well away from anyone who can slow you again.
I pretty much never go for the full 14.0 in multiplayer, I mainly posted to get a discussion of speed tactics going. In real games, I generally go for Boots of Speed, Wand of Speed, and Amulet of Teleportation and that combo works just fine. Though lately I've been replacing the amulet with blood of the fallen and just buying a teleport scroll for the first moments of the game to get the first flag caps, and I think I like that better. Teleport sc
Hi all, I've been playing around a bit in single player the last couple days to test speed builds for Sedna and UB (the two DG's with naturally good speed builds). I'm wondering if anyone has some details on speed calculations; I'm noticing some inconsistencies in top speed that I can't explain. For example, the top speed I've been able to achieve is 14.0, however most of the time it appears to max out at 12.9 and 14.0 is extremely fleeting. I can't understand w
I use it, but I don't get it until lvl 14 or so. I usually only put 2 points in it.

way too easily abused whether it still gives favor points or not. 2 scenarios: (1) This kind of concession still gives favor points. So then start a game with a friend and switch off who concedes so you each get tons of favor, without playing more than a minute of the game (2) This kind of concession does not give favor points. You're losing, you don't care about the measly 10 favor you'll get for staying, so as an angry mov
would anyone ever not play as Unclean Beast, Sedna, and Oak in a 3 DG version of this? Beast = DPS, Sedna heals Beast, Oak shields whoever gets low HP (and summons lots of minions too) until Sedna can heal --- all perfectly coordinated cause you're doing it yourself. In a 4 DG game you'd add Regulus.
Hey, so I usually play Sedna and use my heal heavily to support my fellow teammates. The bug I'm experiencing has got to be one that's known, but I figured posting about it might bring a little more attention to it because it's a real game-changer. Anyway, frequently I will attempt to use my heal on a teammate in a battle and when i click my teammate, Sedna simply stops moving, doesn't cast anything, but faces the player. No abilities can be cast until I move off of that spot, then tr
