concede + QQ on forums is the only valid strat I know vs Erebus. and it didn't fix anything.

i hear hybrid spit/ooze beast is a hard counter to minion builds yo
10k hp rook incoming
on cataract you lose out on a shit load of exp so no it is not a good idea to cap the portal flags early imo because you will get outlevelled fast. take + lock gold only. cap portals after catapults are in the field and you are pushing for citadel.
screenshot / replay or it didn't happen. but yes if it did happen this would be a big game-breaking exploit. unless the game was on high starting gold settings or something.
and u wonder why less than 1000 ppl are online at any 1 time
and the answer is: nerf erebus kkthnxbye
The real question is: why did they develop the game with such high internet requirements that anything above 3v3 for 90% of the globe is a lag-fest!

I had this problem too recently. I found something called a search button and it fixed my problem. ;)
someone had insufficient upload speed to run the game. this cannot be detected by sim speed or ping values.
rofl I watched the 2nd game, you guys kept the pressure up SO much they weren't even able to kill a single tower xD god damn those minions did a shit load of dmg lvl 7+, totally wrecking towers + demigods alike it must be a similar build to those minion erebus builds i used to hate as my slam rook, with just bite + minions. they would stand there, spamming bite, all minions on me, rook can't run at all, i had 8k hp and 50% armor and they just chewed through it, tan
I have never vs'd this build so can't really comment that accurately, but a few things I noticed: 1) no interrupt - the only kills you will be getting are vs noobs without tp's? 2) purchasing tower regen + tower DMG early may help counter the build? 3) a team should always have some form of AoE, whoever has the AoE can just teleport to tower and save it? 4) you will be worthless in team fights for your team? (no shield / pent / surge) <b
It's easier to let the "big boys" deal with it, expecting them to deal with 2v3.
When you have a regulus on your team, every single 1v1 or 2v2 fight suddenly becomes 2v1 / 3v2 in your favour, because he can add dps from anywhere on the map... Once you hit level 10, who cares if you have low hp because the enemy won't be able to get ANYWHERE near you with mines + mark of the betrayer slows... HP stacking does not work on Reg, because he wil
WHAT IS THIS I DONT EVEN
Demigod has less than 1000 players online at peak times. HoN has 40,000+ players online in the evenings (IN CLOSED BETA). Obviously HoN is crap, and will never have any professional tournaments or sponsored teams. O WAIT
http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/games/player/91612/ you won 3/11 (27%) games on Feb 10th so yeah looks pretty accurate to me
Ok this is a MUST READ people, as soon as I saw this I lol'd xD http://www.playdota.com/forums/blogs/icefrog/705/small-update/ capture points...! rofl Discuss.
1) How big is the online community, I am based in the US on EST, is there usually someone to challenge on a weeknight after 8:00pm? 2) Are there still regular tournaments that are being held? 3) What is the current state of the game, play, expansion, sequel ect?
1) 500-1000 players online at any given time, 1-10 games up in custom game lobby (WORLDWIDE) 2) lolno 3) game has some balance issues, gameplay w
maybe you just aren't waiting long enough. sometimes takes a long ass time to load a game. leave it on for 10mins then go afk, and see if game is on by the time you get back ^^
Cloak of the Night can be a very nice favor item for the generals on your list. Don't play Reg online with that build, it won't work at all vs competent players. DA is also seen as rather weak. If you chose to play a general online, be sure to purchase monk idols at level 1. Both Erebus and Oak are competitive online demigods of the 4 you listed.
Is conceding the only way to quit a game when hosting without exploiting the host bug and the host being the only one to get the win?
yes.
my strat is to go to the mana flag solo, with monk backup. you then clear creep waves with lvl 1 slam, and run to cap middle flag, while enemy caps mana flag. keep doing this every single time and you level up super fast thanks to the flag experience + solo lane. you will be against another solo doing the same thing. you can take them 1on1 if you open with a slam (fake cast if needed to make them waste interrupt) and make sure it takes out their creep wave + monks. you then have shoulder arro
most powerful all round build is tower+ late slam, items are staff of renewal, 2xmana helm, 3xhp/armor and orb of defiance, skills are towers + shoulders + roll early, slam lvl 11-14. very good at pushing base, very hard to be killed without being outnumbered. build i used to use is full out slam build with 0 towers early game, items = narmoth ring, nimroth armor, vlemish helm, unbreakable boots, duelist cuirass, SIGILS, skills = slam, shoulders, roll, god str (!).
well worth watching, very high level of gameplay + knowledge displayed by both teams if you need proof why Oak is top tier, watch this!
