ok over night the speed increased and the download finished whithin 6 hours i m sill not sure if the slow speed is still normal just because it was rush-hour

hi, got the same problem... i can download with about 30 kb/s my max speed is at 600 kb/s i checked other downloads but this problem apears only for the impulse downloader. i m from germany too but i dont know any other alternativs.
