I just happened to take a quick glance at the prices for Demigod on Impulse. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is now. That is certainly something positive for people who might choose to buy a copy.

I Hope it will be out today. I might just as well trow in my 2 cents as well. Keep in mind that I play this every now and then strictly for fun. I am by far a pro player. For similar reasons I see the issues with the new favour items. It might prevent bringing in new players. The TB fix is very positive. Will probably give him a more reasonable sense of power. Yet, desync is the BIG thing. Overall a positive step forward. And modding... Which is the thing which might breathe new life

Judging from your post I can see some similarities with DG - and some differences. It will all depend on how GPG and Stardocks will go now. Agressivly pumping out coupons will probably prolong the sales a while, creating more interest - but what will decide if the online gamers will decline or grow is content driven. Thus, the two new demigods are absolutely crucial. When modding eventually hits I think it might create a real surge in interest too. But it all depends on how long it will take.

Must be server issues. And I do believe that when 1.2 hits there will be a renewed interest in the game. Until that day I think many do as mysefl, wait and play other games.
