I think that karma, if modifiable by others would be a problem. The easiest way to handle this would be showing stats as follows: Games played, games won, games lost, percentage of unfinished games (i.e (games won + games lost) / games played). The unfinished games statistics would not show before say 5-10 games so that if you happen to have to leave in your first game, you don't get stamped as a person who always leaves. Yes I know this does not separate between "rage
