Delete your "game.prefs" file, it worked for me.....

Just deleting game.prefs in the above mentioned directory worked for me... Still pissed, I went and got Total War Empire from Steam last night and it is pretty awesome, should of just got that in the first place...

Frog: On top of everything else, now the game isn't accepting my login/pass info as valid so i can't even play. I've never been burned so bad on $40 for a game, I enjoyed the premise of playing 4v4 as that makes the game much more exciting than 2v2 multiplayer. When your limited to 2v2 ranked matches there is an immediate steep learning curve where in a 4v4 game, you have the ability to learn from teammates and learn from their strategies. Now it's happening to me, I can't get in....

It seems as if the only thing that stops the hanging at game starts and the incessant dropping of other players pre-match is to restart the computer for me. I've done everything, ports open, /serverproxyonly, logged out/logged after matches, logged off windoze/logged back after match... Only restarting seems to work... Also, why is there so little information given when tyring to connect to "Parthenon" matches, only a little dialog box telling you other players are wanti
