Hi there, Demigod community. I stand before you today with a simple request: Tell me your views on Demigod as a game, and how it's changed over the months (Especially with 1.2), please? If you want to know why I'm asking: I write articles and reviews for a few websites, and I want to publish something about Demigod. However, my knowledge is rather limited =/ So, your thoughts and feelings are valued! I'll hang around for a while to answer any questions I can. E

I think I found the problem. Apparently Impulse crashes whenever it attempts to open the community tab, I was able to open Impulse through opening Demigod and trying to play online and it took me directly to the Games tab which worked fine.
Unsure if this belonged here or in 'Personal Computing', so I flipped a coin on it. I recently upgraded my PC, new everything. After installing Windows XP SP3, NET3.5 and IE8 I downloaded Impulse so that I could patch my copy of Demigod. I've just got round to logging in to Impulse and every time I try to load it: it crashes. It doesn't give me any information about the crash other than "Do you want to send an error report to Stardock games?" or something like that and
I had minor problems patching. But all I had to do was download NET2.0, and Impulse ran fine. Then all the patching is done automatically.
I'm yet to enjoy playing online -_-' The few rooms I've entered have been full of elitist pricks who thought that having a high ping was a good thing ¬¬ Instead I've been playing via LAN at my gaming club. This is a shame, since it's putting me off online play, and I have really enjoyed playing Demigod so far, and I don't want such an enjoyable game being spoiled by elitist idiots. So, if anybody does want to play a game purely for fun, then feel free to contact
