I agree Kitty's a great communicator. Cussing team mates and opponents is always a great method of getting the point across.

Its so easy to set AI to hard minimum. If your opponent has 400 games and 80%+ win rate, set the AI to nightmare. At least it would make the player with AI teamate to consider staying. Make it so!
They should just remove losses that are odd cases like that. It happens to everyone.
End game comebacks. Most thrilling game ever for me was on Exile. I was with a new player who played Rook, he didn't know how to play well. Playing against Oak and Sedna. They pushed us all the way back to our base, and got giants. But they couldn't get past our last stand. Then we started to level up and get better equipment. L20 UB with several high end equipment is a machine. Sedna was stacked with health and dodge equipment, made no
Not really effective but I love cramming alot of speed items on fast toons like UB or Ereb. I just like zipping around fast. Sometimes on Patheon against AI try silly builds.
Unlike other MMO's where there are guilds etc, I didn't find one over here. Sometimes I play alot, then sometimes I don't. I didn't know there was a free vent server, I might go check it out. I suppose the biggest issue there isn't a tool that easily allow people to form groups. Most MMO's have built in guild features. DG could benifiet of doing something similar. I think having built in game tools would drastically help this.
I like helping new players too, everyone was once a new player. Sometimes when I play Patheon games, and happen to match up against new players, I might mention a tip here and there. And if they ask for it, then I'll try to discuss tips with them when the match is still going on. Actually playing the game you can only learn so much. Most of the stuff I learn is from reading this forum when kind people share their tips and guides. The most annoying peop
One of my beefs is the host stacking good players on one team instead of trying to balance a team. Its the same as noob stomping, just a variation of it. Sometimes the host will go to one side of the team, then ask the good players to move with him, leaving the other side with newer or bad players. Or the host just move players around. Premades that go to a pug host game are annoying too, although with new tools will help with that issue. Patheon automatches
I don't mind losing as long as its legit. Invalid game states, disconnects like these ruins the game. http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/game/1019737/player/64949/
Happened again. Of course when other side is losing, this happens. FIX THIS.
Thanks for posting. Learn alot of new things.
They need to implement a real automatch system pronto.
Every so often game crashes. Very annoying in middle of match.
Quoting SocialistRyan, reply 14 HW is bad. a higher lvl reg? oh noes your still a glass cannon and your still easy to kill. its not like a lvl 10 HW reg can take a lvl 8 ub/eru/sed/oak especially if your running mines with no extra health or speed from your favor item. snipe is worhtless if both teams are balanced. it only gets you a little more gold with assists however you can just be smart enough to b
This is a step in the right direction, especially when new players enter the lobby, they can assess the competition. If you are 10-50, odds are you will get a Grade A major whoopass by someone who has a record 300-50. And then the entire other team each have 80% record. Its annoying to see games that says 'all welcome' or some variation of it, and when you check, these are premades with good players. Then you check your teamate's record and he's a newb with a 1-10 reco
I love that the new DG's are creative esp in appearance. Not the typical re-hash. Major kudos for creativity!
Its very important because as others stated, the higher war score, the higher level creeps you can buy. Usually its a race to get giants, and thats a big boost to your offense.
53. When the host team is shuffling or kicking players around, in order to get someone they want on their team, its either forming premade or stacking.
I agree too. Waiting to get right group of players takes too long. Add insult to injury bad sim speed or game crashes. Unless bug fixes, mod tools etc, this will be a pretty short life span of the game.
Is this a joke?!?! I really can't tell I don't know how this many people can be sarcastic on the same thread. If this is all sarcasm I declare this the TRASHIEST THREAD '09.
Okay its not sarcasm.
I really think they need to implement gold/exp for minion deaths, there really needs to be some incentive in place for generals to not just constantly suicide their minions. This is what annoys me about minion builds. You get a benefit and no risk, and it's all easily replaceable.
Definately. And there is no range limit. From your base, summon an army of minions. Then send them to take down towers.
Random teams is an option if people want to be fair. But most hosts who have good records prefer stacked teams because it ensures wins, improve their record, vs just have fun. What happens now anyway is they move the player they don't want to the other team, or just kick him to free up room for the player or friend that they want. So random won't fix anything in this case. There's nothing wrong with stacked teams as long as people coming in can see the skill l
In some games I've played, I was surprised to see so much money was spent on upgrades. Usually think only the essentials are needed for most games. Especially true with influx of new players. If alot of money is spent on upgrades, you may not have enough money for creeps and equipment. Core: Repair 1, Currency 1, XP 1, Creeps Extra repair depends on map. Large maps, may need another level or so, but again, players just gank a tower or Reg will snipe. </p
Hopefully we can get game replay's soon. It would be a great way to see how the good players play.
They should put ally DG avatars on your screen as option. For example the left side of your window will show your Allies and their health. Press F1 to select the first DG and so on. Usefull to see when they are in trouble (especially for support DG's). Maybe you can toss a heal or a shield. Trying to click on them during a battle, not to mention, they can be block by a rook, makes it hard.
