Known WindowsXP Issue: My friend's father experienced an issue with Norton AntiVirus 2003 on his WindowsXP Machine and the issue is that when it scans outgoing email messages for viruses, it will not let him send it so therefore the scanning has to be disabled for outgoing messages, but it will still scan incoming email. This issue only affects WindowsXP and does not affect WindowsME or Windows98SE at all at this time. I will keep you posted on what issues I happen to come by with Norton AntiVir
