the only games I played that did not lag were the so-called "multiplayer" skirmish games, were I'm the only human player. Maybe 2 or 3 real skirmish games in 2v2. 1 Pantheon game. That's it. Yesterday my partner quit because the game became so laggy that it was barely playable (and it was a skirmish 2V2). This is really too bad, because @ full speed that game just owns.
lol I just figured out that the Multiplayer Skirmish mode makes me play with and against (not always, but very often) the AI. I was like "geez those guyz again, there's some godlike smell in the air" WTF ?!? And about the manual being accessible via the programme files menu, no idea, never launched the game that way, always did it in the impulse menu.
Well I think that a good start would be to delete or change the message "you are currently the only player waiting for a game". Because 1°) it's wrong 2°) it drives new players to CUSTOM games, which is (in my opinion) the worst place for noobs.
Hi everybody, I wanted to share the little experience I had with Demigods. First of all, please, add a pdf (or whatever) MANUAL to the downloadable client. This is not DOTA, and everybody did not follow the dev of the game. Game mechanics are not easy to understand while being chased by a freaky beast or sniped by some winged geek. I had to search by myself on the internet to find solid info about the game -> not good for new players. So I played a few solo games
I have the same problem here. When trying to play a Skirmish game, nothing happens, the game tells me I'm the only player currently waiting for a game... I can host and join custom games, but I just can't join any other games... Any idea ?
How do you precisely gain favour points ? Once you have bought a favor item to one of your demigods, can you change it ? will you loose the points invested if you do so ? What happens if I'm an "assassin" demi god, and get gears with +whatever to minions ? those bonuses are lost ? A minion is a general-summoned-only unit right ? They are different from "reinforcement" right ? How does the citadel level up ? Are there some kind of bonuses (+% mvt speed o
