Maybe it's a stupid idea from me but do you run it in windowed mode, cause in windowed you cant scroll with the mouse!? :)

I have played several games online, and I tried Dota too. Maybe the problem was that I played Demigod first and after that Dota, but I prefer Demigod over Dota. In my opinion DG is better (like I said "My opinoin" so dont flame). About competitevness: I watched a few replays from Dota, and players almost always use the same items, with a bit of changes, what the character needs, so I dont realy know why people say that at a game you need to stack HP, Dota players stack attributes. People don't play skirmish, but I dont have any problem with pantheon, I play much and don't have to wait, just maximum 2- minutes.

I had a same game, but it was fun, helping and giving advices althoug we lost. Watch for newbies, and help them. Like wraid said in his comment more players etc. Once I had a match where my partner got pissed, cause our oak died after that he just stood at the citadel and did nothing, that was annoying. I have no problems with newbies, but with people who give up in an open match cause someone died I have.

As people said before me, replays are needed, to get the community better. A big YES in IMO.

I had this problem quite offen when I installed the program, 4 out of 5 games. I had the hungarian version first, then I installed the english, and it solved my problems. Well I still get critical gamestate errors, but like 2 out of 20. I don't know if this occuors in other languages, but you should try to install the english version. It won't fix the problem in all games, like shakenblade said it happens sometimes, but it will be remarkebly better (atleast it worked for me). :)

I had an interesting experience yesterday: I had a pantheon match: in both of the teams a player left, at the end, the other player quit the game too. So my team won, at that point there was no problem. My oponnent played very nice so I wanted to check his stats, looked at my last game, and then came the suprise: I lost! Well my opinion is that is not the games bug, it's your keyboard. I think "W" or up arrow is stuck. Try the game with another keyboard. Had the same problem with an old keyboard.
