Pirate Treasure in Space Rangers 2 Stardock Forums

Does anyone know how these work? I flew to the planet it mentioned and when picking up the map, a module slides out of my ship interface which says "Activate". I drop the map in there...and nothing happens. Hoping this was normal, I released my probe onto the planet and it found all of the usual junk. Am I missing something, or is the "treasure" a bit disappointing? Sid Meier's Pirates! may have given me overly high expectations from the treasure
