This might be a strech and/or I may be stupid and this is already implemented but: Ability to completely (ie startmenu in classic and xp mode, tooltips, icons, etc etc) skin the whole OS, to make it seem like another whole OS. No matter where I look in the Psudo-OS windowblinds area, I don't see something that's completely different. I would like this because: the only reason I use Windows is because I'm too lazy to DL something else and too lazy to learn Assembly/C/C++ to create my own OS (

I now use GIMP. Love it. It's going to be weeks and weeks before I get any skins up, though. Partially because I'm lazy and creating websites with ScriptFu -nucOS

I'm curious. What imaging software do you use to make your skins? With my first skin (that I can't upload because IE keeps giving me 404s and I don't trust Mozilla because it gave me ASCII output when I tried to download earlier) I used MSPaint, because it's all I've got.
