Thanks guys for your reply. Firstly, my company operates in Africa, and our clients would want branded desktops to augment their current marketing strategy. The problem is that 99.9% of our target users do not run Stardock products. We looked at the problem, and decided to package it like the AlienGUIS (so that the user won't need to install Stardock products first before using the themes). Hi guys, I have a couple of themes I've developed using SkinStudio. The issue now is distribution. Due to the uniqueness of some of them (especially the Xtreme Naija Suite), I'd wanted to distribute them using a custom theme manager like the AlienGUIS. I've been trying to contact Stardock since September 2009 without much success. They keep taking me round in circles. I was wondering if I could get any help from here. Thanks.
Thanks guys.... I'll try contacting Stardock for a license because I really need it. I only wonder how "expensive" it's going to be.
@Willistuder I am a skilled graphic designer, and I'm interested in developing windows themes. You can see a few of my designs at http://cnario.deviantart.com. Thanks for the feedback. Very helpful. I was also wondering what it will take to get a distribution license.
I want my themes to be downloaded from my site and installed directly to the users system without the use of WB, MyColors and others. Is it possible, or must all my users have WB? How possible is it to create a Theme manager like Alien GUIse? NB: I'm a new Stardock product user.
