My Personal Favorite Graphics Programs: Adobe Photoshop 6.0 (I don't like 7 yet) 3DS Max Bryce 5.0 Poser 4 Paintshop Pro Xara is good for some things Adobe Illustrator 10 Fireworks is good for graphics on the net but then so are the others... Also have a graphics tablet i use with Illustrator, and occasionally with Adobe PS6. It's very useful for vectors I find.

i'm by far one of the worst wallpaper designers on wincustomize.com but i'll at least put in my two cents for whatever good it is worth i personally use adobe photoshop 6 a lot, i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one. it's solid and very expandible with plugins if you should need them or want them. i havent really ever done much with paintshop so i can't speak for it usability personally. i guess
