I played as UB against a Regulus/Oak combo, I was UB/Oak and Regulus went angel spec with snipe and basically just raped me the entire game. He wound up with 19 kills, most of them on me, vs my one kill, and Regulus wound up at level 19 by the end of it vs my level 10. Any tips or guides out there on how to shut him down? Builds/Items/etc?
