So i'm unlucky enough to have 2 planets next to a pirate base, 1 terran, and a dead asteroid. So, natuarally, I built a starbase in each with the standard defensive structures around it. My main fleet was stationed at the terran planet, since I figured that's where the attack would come from, because it had the most civilian structures out of all my planets. It's just that there are some backdrops I do not like, and even some that make the game difficult because I have trouble seeing my ships. I, personally, can't stand the green backdrop to the point where I just restart the game if it shows up. Despite my name, I am currently playing a game as the TEC. I'm on a mission to attack the local Advent faction, and I was wondering if this build is effective for fighting a halcyon and some deciples, not to mention a couple drone hosts 1 lvl 3 Sova with 2 fighters and 2 bombers 10 LRMs 5 carries with 1 fighter 1 bomber each and 10 flaks I am as of yet unsure of the rest of their fleet buildup, but I am for the most part expecting a strike craft battle.

I like #11. These ideas are pretty good, but let's face it: Advent is a lot better than Vassari, or even the TEC. The Vassari have lots of mobility, but a capped, Upgraded, well-balanced Advent Fleet will usually beat a capped, Upgraded, well balanced Vassari fleet. But besides faction awesomeness, these are all good ideas and should be taken into consideration.
