Reply to Wallpaper Won't Change on Windows 7 in MyColors Stardock Forums

So far from what I have read, Windows 7 Starter will not let you change your background at all, but I had done this previously using My Colors.

When I try to apply a new wallpaper, nothing happens. The wallpaper is stuck as the default Windows 7 one.
