Wow, thanks for offering to code that Zechio. I'm not partial to either one so code whichever one you or the community think would be most useful. Thanks again!

I actually thought about that but I have no idea how you would code it. Another thought I had was limiting every hit after the first one to a defined amount. Like the first hit does 500 damage but every hit after the first does something like 30 to 50 damage if you're being hit by it again. So if you used Warp Area on a single target you would do something like 700-1000 damage and be immune to damage for the full 3.2 seconds. Again, I have no clue how you would code it.
Hi nomilarac, you're second suggestion is indeed how you change the number of times Warp Area can hit a target. All you have to do is change the number on the following line. The number you enter is the maximum number of times a target can be hit by Warp Area: if attackedUnits[v] and attackedUnits[v] >= 2 then I released a mod last night which does this and
Hi everyone, I was reading a thread on the Demon Assassin's Warp Area ability the other day where lifekatana suggested allowing the ability to hit the same target twice instead of limiting it to just one hit. Finally figured out how to do it so here it is. This mod does not increase the number of warps, it just allows a target to be hit two times. So, for example, if you were in an area with six targets and you had Warp Area II, you would hit four targets once and two targets twice. <br
Are there any plans to revamp Pantheon to allow players of the same side to face off against each other to speed up the matchmaking process like skirmish used to be?
Tee hee. [e digicons]^_^[/e]
See, I didn't ask whether you thought it was fun or balanced. I really don't care what you think in that regard. I just asked if it could be done.
@ Heavenlysynn Like I said I'm just doing it for myself to have a little fun . Sheesh, you people take take things so seriously. Lighten up. You do realize Demigod is just a game, right?
Thanks for the response Lifekatana. Just want to try it for myself. Have a little fun with it is all.
Just wondering if it's possible to create a mod for Queen of Thorns and Torch Bearer which would allow you to cast all their active abilities despite the form they are in. Would I be able to add a few more buttons to the UI so that you could see all of their abilities at once and then be able to cast which ever one you wanted without opening/closing for QoT or switching between Fire/Frost form with TB? Would like to know if it's even possible before I investigate how it could be done. Thanks!
@ DemiCom In my post I wrote "4 active abilities available to them at a time ". TB and QoT have to change forms to access their other abilities. They don't have access to all 6 abilities at once. And I'm not trying to start a comparison between DG and every other game out there to find out which is "better" or "more complex". I could care less. I'm just interested in what people think of more abilities being added to this game. Would it benefit the game or harm
Just thought I'd start a discussion on whether people like the fact all Demigods have only 4 active abilities available to them at a time. It seems it's become the standard for DOTA like games since HoN and LoL also limit their heroes to 4 abilities. Personally, I think adding a few more utility type abilities as opposed to straight damage abilities to each Demigod could add a little more depth to the game. What do you think? Also, is the addition of new abilities to the Demigods possibl
Thanks for the replies guys. Much appreciated!
Hi, I'm new to the game and was wondering how passive abilities stack. Take Rook's Divine Strength which increases weapon damage by 50, 100, and then 150. So do these passives stack so by then end of the line you'll have added 300 weapon damage? What about speed increases like Unclean Beast's Inner Beast which increases attack and movement speed by 3%, 7% and then 10%. Do they stack additively so by the end you'll have a 20% increase? Thanks!
You dont need a mod to play DA or Oculus, omg ,guys its so easy...
Can you please tell us then? Pretty please? Pretty pretty please?
http://www.box.net/shared/o9lv4ct2am done
Well, I downloaded the mod linked by IntentionallyLeftBlank and it works. Just download the file he linked. Unrar it and place the folder (it's called "Queen and Oak") in your mod folder which you'll find under Demingod/bindata/mods. Then enable it in the Mod Manager. The mod allows you to play as the Demon Assassin when you select the Queen of Thorns
