for some reason i can't even log in to multiplayer even though i have an account

I still haven't been able to unlock da or o. I think it has something to do with my impulse account. I've tried to change my password and username and i've also tried to create a new account. It doesn't let me even create or join a multiplayer game, it says i have an 'invalid username/password' but i've changed a my account information as well as typed in the exact info. Nothing has worked thus far. My brother can access multiplay
