yeah, i figured, anything specifically that you think should be weakened. (Also remember that he only has 1000 hp at the start, Regulus and TB have 1420 and 1410 respectively)
Just an idea off the top of my head; forgive me if he's over/under-powered Well, Novus is a light assassin based around high extended range damage, but at the same time he has low, very low health... Appearance: sort of a hybrid between thin- Regulus size armor, but Oak style with Erebus shoulder "pads" and Oak shoulder spikes... (sry if confusing) he hold a sceptre that looks like Erebus'
i think that that would be a great addition to the game... Citadel would be best yes, whole team... i don't know which way to go... maybe make it an pre-game option... IDK... I would probably go to whole team...
@ exx: would those stat buffs be timed or remain throughout the battle? it's late so sry if im not getting this... but could you clarify more on the item sets concept? im not entirely getting that... on a side note what about tiered stat buffs (asumming you meant permanent)? rank one hp would add X ammount rank two would add more for less and overwrite the existing stat buff. Also if you meant perma stat buffs, think about starting filthy rich...

i have noticed that when a game ends the winning side's Demigods have massive stats which allow a winning-side player a small opportunity of almost instant killing, i was wondering if any of you could give me a lead where to find what enables them.... plz?
