I tried, That wallpaper is from a trailer of game called Dragon Age. That character is called leliana. I basically searched Leliana wallpaper and didn't find much that i liked.

I tried sharpen, it didnt really work well. wierd bright colour pixels started coming up when i used sharpen >. Since im pretty amateur at this i was hoping if u can help me?
