I vote for normal towers and the round robin ... the dg selection rules sound good for me too :)

spaking not only in my, but also in volens name you get 2x no votes, because we want to play together, but in case we dont find a third, sb of u tier 1's should play with us :D and when it comes to dg selection i would think about not enabling to have more than one tier 1 dg in ur team ... so choose between rook/ub/le/oak + whatever 2 dg's :)
