The idea that people think there is no chance intelligent life is out there is just ridiculous, With hundreds of billions of stars in our galaxy alone with hundreds of billions of known galaxy's in the universe the idea that WE are so special that out of all that we are the only planet that life would have occurred on is just absolutely ridiculous. Now I'm not saying aliens have visited us but to just flat out say there is no chance is just ignorant.

Question about ship building in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Why is it that the premade ship designs have way more attack and defense then i can add to a custom ship design, the premade ones will have like 40 more attack and defense then I can fit on a custom ship by the end of the game.
