fighters/bombers in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

has anyone noticed that the fighters and bombers will just fly through stuff? This happens to me when there are a lot of them. Does anyone have a fix?

I have just bought sins of a solar empire and have a geforce 8400 gs graphics card. It has 512mb of ram and supports directx 10. (I think sins uses 9).
