StarReaper's Request in WOM Multiplayer Elemental Forums

I don't normally start new threads regarding issues that have been discussed ad nauseum, but Kryo's response and locking of the "May we have refunds?" thread didn't sit well with me. The problem is his statement that everyone was offered an opportunity to obtain a refund for their purchase of WoM is not correct in the truest sense. Don't forget that many places where Elemental can be purchased actually have consumer protection laws which are enforced. The longer Stardock sells a product without the advertised features the more problems they will face.

If Stardock doesn't want to finish products before they sell them, then at least they could only advertise the features they DO have.

When I contacted support in an attempt to obtain a refund I was only offered 75% refund. I was tolds that no multiplay was not a technical issue and they only give full refunds for technical problems they are unable to resolve. So much for useful DRM like impulse.
