i downloaded stardock my colors and tryed one of the free themes as was able to change the wallpaper with the theme on ,, but if i payed for one of the premium themes could i still do that ? and do the premium themes work on windows 7 starter ? :)

hii i have seen a netbook with windows 7 starter which means i cant change the wallpaper etc. i have seen a premium theme on stardock my colors i was wondering if i brought this would it work and also would i be able to use it on my other laptop (use it on 2 laptops altogether) thank you kelly :)
