FIXED IT! Seems the Steam version is missing the Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistribution package. 1. Just go to here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 2. Download the vcredist_x86.exe package 3. Put it in your \Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\redist folder. Launch the game again, and it should install the Visual C++ packag
