Differences between Trinity+Upgrade vs Rebellion? in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

I was wondering if there will be any content differences between an upgraded trinity versus a standalone version of rebellion... will all of the diplomacy/entrenchment techs, etc be included in Rebellion without prior purchases of the trinity games?
