Object dock scrolling in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I use a tabbed dock, so when I add new Items to this dock they always show up at the left most side which is annoying, I would like to have them centered. and another annoying thing is that when I get too many icons to fit on my dock, it just doesnt show the last few. I want to know if there is a way to get a type of scrollbar so instead of having to make my dock one row taller, I could just have more icons and use my scroll wheel to scroll through them. Surprised it doesnt already have this

Names in ObjectDock are too short in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I am wondering if there is a way to make the names of things longer when you are only showing the name of a link. I kind of want to have my dock on the right side of my screen with all the names of my games and such. The issue with this is that all of the names are insanely short. (which makes no sense...) and I am upset that I paid 20$ for this program and it has such little customization. Is there any way I can make the names longer? (streching the dock only makes more columns of these
