Docked option to replicate 7 Sidebar gadget in Start8 Stardock Forums

In addition to the Small, Tall, Wide, and Large option for Start8, it would be nice to have a "Docked" option that displays the Start Menu on the left side of the screen for the full height of the screen allowing one wide column of large Start Menu tiles to be seen. I like using the 7 Sidebar gadget in Windows 7 to display time, weather, photo's, etc. on the desktop and I would like it if the Start8 menu could somehow replicate the 7 Sidebar gadget functionality to allow me to see
