It won't let me activate I click the button and it does nothing.. must be win 10 hates it lol.. is there a way I can bypass that like use the offline file but I can't find it in my other version

where is this typically stored for offline activation? I cannot find this file I've looked everywhere. I want to try windowblinds on windows 10 and it fails on every step. I mnanaged to use compatbility and it crashes on on every step of the normal activation. (blue screens in a loop) I want to try it and it's just looping and I need to try this., any ways I can try "offline mode
