Hi. Maybe make a new profile ingame (main menu)? I believe that's relevant at least for LAN cons. Since I've never had that kind of trouble it's the only thing I can think of besides changing your name here. But...I did have some trouble setting up my account as well. They send replies at Stardock Support though ;) So you might want to ask them for help with your account. (Btw: Do you get a key to redeem when you buy it on Steam or how does it work?)

I think I was talking about lvl 10 where I'd rather postpone Warp Strike and instead max Swap if I find I absolutely need a point in Warp Area early (WS only gains dmg slowly the first 4 ranks). My mistake, did not make it very clear what I was thinking about. Obviously you need max WS in the end. Nice Job KB. I have some corrections and additions though. ;) Thx to reggird for advice on the generals. - AI mod works in SP, just not in the tournaments - Abbreviations: h=help (how could you forget this? :P); mb=monk back; omw=on my way - Healers heal appr. every 10 secs. Getting monks is basic advice for gens, the rest is more advanced, and probably doesn't belong in this guide. As noob gen just buy monks, maybe learn to attach them

MY technical knowledge is more or less zero, but have you tried running DG without Steam? There's a install package you can download from Stardock when you have a DG account. Or try Stardock support, who knows.

Hey everyone. In light of the new steam sale, PolandMaster suggested that i could make a video guide to cover the most basic stuff. I realize that almost everything you need to know is somewhere in the forums, but videos that show you how to play and what's actually important make learning easier for most people I guess (for me at least). The only thing I'm sure about is that Steam doesn't grant refunds. I've never come across a problem like that. Do you have the patched version (1.3)? Can you play the game at all? Fatal Errors in general are something you have to get used with when playing DG^^ Try not to minimize the game when it's loading something.

(I'm posting this in 'General' because I hope more people will see it there^^) Ok...this a suggestion to try and counteract the big problem with Demigod Multiplayer: that the player base is so small and kind of 'elite' and the game is so hard to get into. Which often results in the few new players joining a server where they get kicked so the game doesn't get unbalanced. Those people rarely play more than a few games before they get frustrated
