icons in fence inactive in Fences Stardock Forums

Occasionally when windows starts the icons in my fences are frozen & inactive. Nothing happens when I click on them. The fences work. I can move and roll up/down. After rebooting the icons usually become active and selectable again. The problem went away for several months and started again after I downloaded 3.0.4.12. Fences 3.0.4.12 Windows 10 Start8

Just updated to Windows 10 and Fences 2.13. I have fences spread across 2 monitors. On startup all the fences shift to the primary monitor.
