This problem might be because Object Desktop is a subscription? I didn't realize that when I bought Object Desktop. I thought I was just purchasing a single user, standalone version of the software suite called Object Desktop. I will try to get it refunded and just purchase the software I'm interested in separately.

Sorry for jumping in this thread - not trying to hijack it... But I have the exact same issue as the OP. I just purchased Object Desktop and cannot find it in 'My Downloads' section. My other (previous) purchases do show, just not Object Desktop. I've also send an e-mail to sales hoping they will resolve this for me. Have you (OP) had any luck so far?
