I might have the same problem here, but unfortunately I changed a few things at the same time and whilst I'm getting my machine freezing at times now after coming out of hibernation, it's a) intermittent, and b) I can't say for sure that WB6 is the cause. That said, it's only been happening for the last few days, I'll uninstall WB6 and see if I can track it down.

I find it very frustrating that if I've been performing file operations on one machine and then try and use the mouse in explorer on the other machine, that it'll stop to copy all of the currently selection over to the other machine before it even pops up the context menu and sees if I wanted to paste them. I use Synergy on Linux, Windows XP and Vista, and honestly it's not too bad, but I'll drop it as soon as I can if there's a Linux version of Multiplicity. There are just so many little conveniences that make Multiplicity a nicer product to use - like it doesn't stop working every time there's an privilege bump request on Vista, for example.

Can I ask that some sort of systray filtering be added so that I can choose what systray icons to show and hide in a manner similar to the default windows task bar? It's really the only thing left that's annoying me about objectdock, but having a long strip of 20 icons, most of which I don't care about except on a few small occasions is a bit of a pain.
Am I missing something? I know that console skinning was removed a while ago from WB on XP, but I assumed that since Vista provided console skinning in Aero, that WB 6 would be able to provide the same level of features.

Is there any chance that a future version of MP could provide bidirectional control as an option? I generally use MP as primary on a desktop and secondary on a laptop. Weird, following up on another thread that I saw here, I too noticed that I was happily using multiplicity but didn't have a tray icon, so I re-ran multiplicity and lo and behold, copy is now working again. This was on a clean install of Multiplicity on a clean install of Vista, so I guess that something didn't get configured to startup correctly. Either way, I've got a fix so I'm happy.
I'm running XP primary and Vista secondary (both 32 bit) and I'm generally having good success with this, but I'm not able to copy between machines at all. Didn't realize just how much I used that feature until it stopped working. Other than that it's been pretty reliable.
Neil, I'm really not sure that this is the behaviour that I'm seeing. I can wait for a couple of minutes with no connection and as soon as I restart Multiplicity it connects perfectly. Yes I agree it's hard to prove that this isn't just a timing thing, but it seems pretty consistent - I guess I'll just wait longer. As for NIC, the desktop is a Broadcomm Netexreme and the laptop is an Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG.
I'm connecting from a main machine (a desktop) to a laptop as the slave. The laptop is generally on a wireless connection and often gets picked up and moved out of range of the wireless adapter. When I bring it back to my desk, if I want to reconnect quickly I double click on the multiplicity icon in the system tray (I'm using Multiplicity Pro 1.05) then double click on the secondary machine in the list, then hit OK and wait for a reconnect. Both machines are using 1.05. Interestingly, when it drops, it does move the mouse to the top right, but if I move the mouse to the left side and try to get back to the slave machine, it always reconnects instantly (in fact it does so so quickly it's not at all obvious that it dropped). The drop can happen really often, but I'm not sure that it's a predictable period, I'll have to look at this more carefully. I get the same behavior on both my wireless and lan connection.
They do? You don't happen to know which one do you? As far as I know, both machines have the latest patches istalled.
Is it possible to have Multiplicity stop a laptop from going into suspend or hibernate whilst it's being used to control a machine? Having the slave machine go to sleep whilst you are using it due to an inactivity timer is a real pain.
I've been using Multiplicity Pro 1.05 or a couple of weeks now, but I've suddenly started running into a problem. I'm using a desktop as the main box and a laptop as a slave. Well it certainly looks pretty cool, but $69.00? That's a lot of money for something thats basically a polished version of Win2Vnc or X2Vnc (which does let you do the windows to mac to linux to Solaris to whatever vnc runs on).
