Start8 Activation maximum problem in Stardock Central Support Stardock Forums

Hi I purchased the Start8 license on December 5th, but when I tried to activate it, I failed. It said "product activation could not write the activation signature". And I seeked help from your forum and people said I need to run it as administor. However, it failed again saying "maximum activation reached". I emailed you immediately, but clearly no one cared it seems. I hope you could help me fix this.
