Most of the text on the control panel is white with the background of the control panel in win 10. This happens with all of the skins that I have tried except for perfection. However other skins tend to want to bleed into other programs like icedragon (mozillia firefox clone) and skype with even being on the exclusions list with the more I try to edit the skins.
