I have the same problem. To be able to press any of the icons/running applications on the second taskbar i have to right click on them first, otherwise its impossible to press on them. The Start button is fine though. This started to happen after the 2.5 update.
This is how it looks like for me since i updated to this latest build. :(

It minimized for me as well today a moment ago while playing Kena. The game is set as Fullscreen.
Will you be able to change the Start button icon with our own with Start11 later on just as you could with Start10 or is it like hard coded with the new taskbar which means that the customization is very limited? Thanks!
