Stardock ForumsIn my first game I am currently at war with the I-League who are a relatively new/weak faction with the exception that their weaker ships can put to shame any of the advanced ships I make. They're able to contruct Dreadnaughts with 170 HP while I am only able to create the same with 73. Also, what kind of factor does a ship's DE play in its performance?
