I'm also getting the UP tech sharing hang. Running XP it's possible to CTRL-ALT-DEL out and kill the game--it's showing 98% utilization before I kill it. Afterwards it reloads fine and if it goes to UP at all then the vote is usually different. ~SDC~
When working with the military governor, if I specify that planets producing "nothing" instead produce a ship of some type, nothing happens. This happens out of the box with the expansion installed and with 1.02.049. ~SDC~
At the end of the game, after the final video has played, when I'm looking through the statistics, when I click the "Social" tab I get a crash to desktop.
