Same thing -- I think it's that my laptop doesn't have sufficient HW for graphics... GeForce 460GO - - - I am running DirectX 9.0c though... Game hangs up on the eternal "Loading" screen with tip.... cannot get Task Manager etc found debug.err file -- how to attach / submit?
